Child account can only be opened to your own underage child, who is 6 – 17 (incl.) years old.

The parent opens an additional account and authorizes the child to use it. The parent has a complete overview of the child account and can manage its settings.

The child can use the whole functionality of the app, but is not able to:

• manage the card limits
• top up from other fincial institutions cards
• change the 2F phone number

You can open a child account only when you already have a Pocopay account. You can open a child account straight from the app under your profile.

For opening a child account, go to your profile by pressing on the main view bubble, choose “Me” -> select “Child account” and follow the instructions. Pocopay may ask for additional information or documents, if needed.
