You will be asked to create a poco code which is a 4 digit code for extra security in order to protect your account. With poco code you can access your account and confirm transactions.

You can choose if you want the app to ask your poco code on opening the app or not. In the main view press on the balance bubble, choose “Me”->”Settings” and switch “Ask for poco code to open app” on or off. In the same section you can also find a selection for changing the code.

In case you forgot your poco code then in the same window where it`s being asked hit “Forgot poco code” and we will send you instructions what to do next.
