• It is important to create and use a good password – You need to choose a password that’s long enough (8 or more characters) , but that is easy to remember. Use at least one capital letter and a numeric character.

  • Pocopay application settings allow you to choose whether to stay logged in or not. If your device may be used by different people, it may be better to log out from the app, as a precaution.
