For all card related actions, tap on the balance bubble and choose “Card”. This will get you to the Card centre where you’ll be able to order a Pocopay debit card.

Once you have clicked on “Order a card”, you will be asked to confirm the address your card will be sent to.

If your name is longer than 21 characters, you will also be asked to shorten your name so it would fit on the card. We recommend choosing either only one of your first names or using initials instead. The name you enter will be checked and may be amended if it differs from the name on your account and document provided.

To confirm the operation you will be asked to enter a poco code or confirm the operation with a fingerprint. The card and the PIN code will arrive separately via post within two weeks when delivered to Estonia. Card delivery to rest of EU might take up to 3 weeks.
