Pocopay can change your package if there is a debt on your account because of unpaid monthly fee.

If we couldn`t charge monthly fee on the date of payment then we send debt notifications to the e-mail address you registered in Pocopay. If the debt is not eliminated in 60 days then we will change your package to Basic which is without a monthly fee and close your card.

After paying the dept you can change your package again. Unfortunately it`s not possible to reactivate your card but you can order a new one from the app. Ordering a new card costs 6 euros.
