It is important that you have access to your 2F phone number, because we will send sms confirmation codes to your 2F phone number when we need to make sure that it is you who is making the transactions. In one word, to be able to confirm your transactions in the app you need to have access to your 2F phone.

If your phone number has changed, but you still have access to your old 2F phone number, you can replace it with the new number straight from the app: from the main view please choose the button with your initials on it, then choose “Settings”, “2-step verification” press “Replace” and follow the instructions.

It is also possible to add a new 2F phone number using your account recovery phone (if you have added the recovery phone to your account).

If you don’t have access to your old 2F phone number, please contact our Customer Support support@pocopay.com. To add/restore your 2F phone number we will ask you to make a payment from your personal bank account with the new number in the description field. In case you have the possibility to digitally sign a document then you can fill in and digitally sign the application form.
