We will send a message to your friend via mobile or email accordingly and recommend to join Pocopay to receive their payment immediately. Or ask to provide their account details where to transfer the money to. If they choose the second option, you can do the regular payment directly from your App.

We keep the payment pending for 5 days and then release it back to your account. You don`t need to do anything on your part to receive the money back.

If you understand that the payment will not be accepted or the other party has already presented an IBAN for the regular payment then you can cancel it yourself.
